Who is responsible
Nirvaan Live Entertainment Inc. collects information needed to operate Rang De Bharat, issue attendee credentials, review participation applications and keep guests informed.
Attendee and group registration
We collect the group contact’s name, email, optional phone number and city or postal-code area, plus each attendee’s name and age, consent records, pass status and scan history. The group contact must have permission to provide the other attendees’ details and is responsible for managing the passes delivered to that email. Each QR contains only an opaque private credential—not a name, age, email or phone number.
Previously supplied photos
If a headshot was supplied through an earlier registration form, it is not used for identity verification. The processed copy is scheduled for deletion by 15 September 2026, and removal may be requested sooner.
Applications
Vendor, sponsor, performer, media, volunteer and community applications are stored separately from attendee registrations and are reviewed through an approval workflow. An application never creates an attendee pass.
Communications and consent
Operational messages about a pass, safety or schedule are separate from optional marketing. Declining marketing does not affect entry or an application.
Service providers and retention
Limited data may be processed by hosting, database, transactional-email and Wallet providers solely to deliver the service. Registration and check-in records are retained only as long as needed for event operations, legal obligations and fraud prevention; a final retention schedule must be approved before launch.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, deletion or marketing withdrawal using the official event contact once published. Some records may need to be retained for legal or security reasons.
