Free registered entry
Registration is free, but a registration does not guarantee admission. Entry remains subject to capacity, safety requirements, venue rules and a valid pass status.
Group registration and admit one
A group contact may register multiple named attendees under one email and confirms they have permission to submit those details. Each attendee receives a separate pass that admits only that named person and may be accepted only once. Passes are non-transferable unless the organizer publishes a transfer process. Do not share private QR codes.
Waitlist, cancellation and reissue
Registrations may be waitlisted when capacity is reached. The organizer may cancel or reissue a credential for security, operational or policy reasons. Requesting a new group access link invalidates the previous online group link.
Conduct and safety
Guests must follow lawful instructions from event, venue and security staff. Unsafe, abusive or disruptive conduct may result in refused entry or removal.
Schedule and event changes
Programming, timings, venue arrangements and policies may change. Essential changes may be sent using the operational contact permission accepted during registration.
Photography at the event
General event photography and filming may occur. The organizer must publish final notice and opt-out or accommodation procedures before launch.
Pending operational policies
Weather, re-entry, bags, outside food and water, accessible facilities, lost-and-found and emergency procedures remain subject to final organizer and venue approval and must be published before public launch.
